Childbirth Education
As a Lamaze Certified Childbirth Educator, Liana's goal is to provide you and your partner with evidence-based information on pregnancy, birth and early parenting. Childbirth is a normal, natural process that bodies are designed to do. She is here to help instill the confidence you need to experience a natural childbirth.
What You Can Expect
We will focus on the Six Healthy Birth Practices, which will teach you comfort measures, labor positions, the different stages and phases of labor, how your partner can help, what to expect during labor, newborn care and essentials, as well as the basics of breastfeeding.
The education you will receive is thorough and will leave you feeling confident about your labor and birthing process.
